Shipping Policy
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is about 1-3 business days.
I ship with Post (fast delivery in colissimo) with a colissimo tracking number.
The delivery usually takes 2-3 days for France (the country of dispatch) and 7-12 days for other countries.

Due to BREXIT and for all packages destined to the United Kingdom, customs fees apply and will be charged to the buyer upon receipt of the package.

I am not responsible for any possible loss of the package by the carrier during the delivery of the item.
Return & Refund Policy
In case you wish to return an item, the cost of returns is at your expense. The return of an article is possible only if it is in its original state.
Damaged returned items will not be refunded. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item.
Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply to your country during a possible return procedure.
The little companions are all made entirely by hand. I take great care in their making and small irregularities that can be observed make your little companions unique.
